All State CPOs,
As previously announced, after Aug. 1, 2012, the OMES Information Services Division (ISD) will no longer send out individual CPO announcements or IT procurement information memorandums. This will eliminate the need for us to maintain a central file of all CPO e-mails.
To receive these communications in Microsoft Outlook as an e-mail, please follow the steps below:
For Microsoft Office 2007
To manually enter an RSS Feed subscription, you are required to enter the Web address.

Open MS Outlook

Once MS Outlook opens, go to the "Tools" menu item and then "Account Settings"

Choose the "RSS Feeds" tab

On this tab, click the "New" button

In the "New RSS Feed" dialog box, enter the web address (URL) of the RSS feed. It should end with a .xml. In this case, you should enter http://www.ok.gov/cio/newsroom.xml
Tip: In most web browsers, on a web page, you can right-click on the RSS icon and then copy the shortcut to the Clipboard. Press CTRL+V to paste the information from the Clipboard into the RSS Feed dialog box.

Click the "Add" button

Click "OK"
