All State CPOs,
This is a final reminder to your agency that the 115 paper process of approvals by the Information Services Division (ISD) for IT Purchases will be discontinued and all e-Procurement training must be completed or you will no longer be able to continue with IT purchases. All training should be completed by Aug. 31.
The new business process for all IT purchases will be to submit an e-Pro requisition via PeopleSoft for all agencies starting Sept. 4, 2012. ISD procurement will no longer accept paper requests for IT purchases after training has been completed. It will be your agency’s responsibility to have all requestors, approvers and account validating personnel trained before your agency can go live with the e-Pro process. Once your agency is live with e-Pro, any new employees to your agency may be trained onsite.
In preparation for the new e-Pro Process rollout, OMES-ISD Procurement will offer the following to facilitate you in this transition. A training lab will available every Tuesday and Thursday in September for anyone who would like hands on practice in the e-Pro Test environment. You do not have to sign up to come to the lab. The lab hours will be from 9-11:30 a.m. and 1:30-4 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays in September, on a come and go basis.
The training lab is located at the following location:
OMES (formerly the Office of State Finance)-ISD Data Center
3115 N. Lincoln Blvd.
Oklahoma City, OK 73112.
