All State CPOs,
This notice is to remind CPO’s to please be as proactive as possible when planning IT purchases and renewals.
Acquisitions with complex specifications should be submitted with a minimum of 60-90 days lead time, and renewals should be submitted a minimum of 30 days prior to the start of the contract period.
For expeditious handling and to avoid interruption of service due to the heavy upcoming renewal season please research what needs to be renewed and possibly re-bid so we can help facilitate these requests as quickly as possible.
